Process of rock crusher plant

Stone production line are often divided into rock crusher plant and sand creating assembly line. Big size stones are unit transferred to primary crusher through vibratory feeder from hopper for primary crushing, then the crushed materials area unit transferred to Impact crusher through belt conveyor for secondary crushing. The crushed materials are transferred to the vibratory screen, and separated to completely different sizes. Those mixture with appropriate size are transferred to the ultimate product pile and people with unsuitable size are transferred to the Impact crusher for re-crushing. This forms a loop manifold cycles. The sizes of ultimate merchandise are hierarchical and separated in line with customers' necessities, and therefore the deduster are hooked up for the sake of setting protection.

Using screening machine to screen the suitable size of rock aggregate, as the unsuitable rocks return to the crusher machine for re-crushing. Rock crusher may be divided into quartz crusher, limerock crusher, marble crusher, granite crusher, according to the chemical properties.
